Everest base camp trekking is an adventurous journey that starts from Lukla. We should take around half an hour flight from Kathmandu or 20 minutes flight from Ramechhap to reach the airport. The gateway of Everest welcomes us with the scenic beauty of Kongde, Kusum Kanguru, Nambur and Thamserkhu. Most of the time the guide goes with you in flight and sometimes you can meet your team in Lukla as well.

The trekking route to Everest base camp is moderately difficult with uphills and downhills. We should walk on the bank of Dudh Koshi, suspension bridges, stone paved stairs, pastures, rocky trails, moraines and over snow on Khumbu glacier.
